The currencies displayed by Right Charity® and/or dailysplit.com are in Canadian dollars.

List of Personal Information

Information requested and or provided is for the exclusive use of dailysplit.com and is not for sale or use by another party.

Use of Authority

Donors to Right Charity® are to be at least 16 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter in to this charitable transaction and to use the dailysplit.com website in accordance with all of the terms and conditions continued herein.

Use of Charitable Funds

All funds received, 100%, for the foundation will be provided to those in need and these are selected at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors, who is not liable for any matter whatsoever. Any accrued interest on funds received and invested are for dailysplit.com to use for administration costs related to the Foundation.

Administration Fee

An addition fee equal to 10% of the donation amount is payable on time of financial pledge and payment. For example, if you donate $1000 the amount you are to pay is $1100. A tax receipt will be issued for $1000. The 10% amount is used for merchant card costs (VISA, Mastercard, etc, up to 3% of donation amount), staff, office and general operations.

Liability

The director, staff, and owners of dailysplit.com and or related companies and or divisions including and not limited to Right Charity® are not responsible for any liability whatsoever to the donor which may occur and or the suggested now or in the future.
